What is Elle Group?
elle (el) FRENCH pronoun meaning she or her; third person singular feminine.
Elle Group is a networking organization consisting of ladies with all backgrounds, walks of life and ages for the purpose of supporting the needs, wants and desires, professionally and personally of one other.
Elle Group is a membership organization. We are a networking group not a leads club. We are not category exclusive and there is no mandatory attendance. So, come when you can, life happens. As a networking group and not a leads club, we challenge and reward you for the most one-on-one get-togethers made from someone you met at a meeting.
The purpose of getting to know your fellow women in business is because sales is all about building relationships. Whether you find your next hot lead or next best girlfriend – it’s all about the relationship. People do business and refer their friends, associates and family to people they know and they trust. Wouldn’t you like to have every woman you meet at a meeting out promoting your business? Because it’s not about her, but who she knows. Remember, business happens when relationships are built.

How We Started
Elle Group was founded by Tara Becker in April 2006.
 "My passion is to inspire women to dream and to empower them with skills and tools to reach those dreams. My vision is that this network grows, in size and its ability to provide women with the resources and support whatever their issues or challenges, as well as, giving praise and applause for a job well done. As it is essential to be recognized for our achievements and triumphs, more importantly, we all need to be acknowledged for our attempts and efforts," explains Tara Becker, founder. Ms. Becker is an award-winning networker and published author. Most recently, she worked as editor for an online women's magazine. Previously, she was entertainment editor for a national men's sports/fitness publication, in addition to being a contributing editor to local women's publications. Tara was also founding co-owner and executive director of Spa 415, Inc. located in the heart of Beverly Hills since August 2001. Before opening Spa 415, Tara spent the previous 15 years in strategic marketing where she owned and managed Vision Works, a full service-marketing agency. She prides herself in the development of integrated communication programs tailored to the specific needs of the client. "Because you never get a second chance to make a first impression!"

She has always been a member in good standing of the local chamber. Tara is a native Californian and resided in the Southern California for over 20 years before relocating to Westminster in August 2004.
