Elle Group is a networking organization consisting of ladies with all backgrounds, walks of life and ages for the purpose of supporting the needs, wants and desires, professionally and personally of one another.

 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT - Debbie Hall
Debbie Hall was born in San Diego, California, but was raised in the Panhandle of Texas by a rancher/oilman, Bob and a homemaker, Yvonne. She is the oldest of three. Her father, brother and sister still reside in Amarillo.
She has been married to "honey bunny" Robert Allen for 32 years and is the mother of three AMAZING women (Amy 30, Cori & Casey 24). She is the "Grammy" of Abby 6, Jacob 4 and Benjamin 2, which are the "lights of her world"!!
She graduated from UT with a degree in Biochemistry and English Literature and has a Master's in Radiation Oncology from the University of Colorado. She was a Radiation Therapist for 20 years and finally decided she needed to give more of herself to her husband & daughters. She was a "stay at home" mom for about 2 weeks, and got so bored she thought she would "start climbing the walls". She had used Mary Kay Cosmetics for years and her consultant at the time (now her Senior Director) encouraged her to start her own business. She did just that 13 years ago and has never regretted it.
She had been a Director with Mary Kay and had to step down for personal reasons. She has now decided to become a Director AGAIN of 35 fantastic women! She's just qualified for her second career car and is look forward to continuing to "DRIVE FREE"!!! Mary Kay's mission statement is to "enrich women's lives".
